The bacon “Speck Alto Adige IGP”, sliced and packed, gets its characteristic, slightly smoky flavour from its maturation of at least 6 months. It is produced by hand using traditional methods.
Pork leg, salt, spices, dextrose. Preservatives: E250, E251. Antioxidants: E301. Smoked with beech. If vacuum packed, do not pierce the package.
