After maturing for four months, this speciality made from pork jowl is then lightly smoked to develop its spicy flavour.
Pork leg, salt, spices, dextrose. Preservatives: E250, E251. Antioxidants: E301. Smoked with beech. If vacuum packed, do not pierce the package.
